The Price Board
Parts are separate and sold at cost with no markup. Add a dollar a mile, out and back, for the drive. If a job is not on this board, call and we will give you the number before we come out.

Mileage is an estimate of the drive to you and is confirmed when you book. Parts are not included in this number.
Water Filtration
Most people find out the expensive way, through their fixtures and their water heater. A filter is the cheapest plumbing you will ever buy, and we will tell you straight which one you actually need.
Softener install runs $450 labor. Cartridge changes are $95. A water test comes free with any filtration install, because you should know what is in your water before anybody sells you a way to remove it.

Straight Answers
One dollar per mile, counted both ways, because we drive out to you and we drive back. Put your address in the gauge above and it tells you the exact number before you ever call. No trip charge, no fuel surcharge, no service minimum underneath it.
No, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it. Every number on this board is labor. You can buy the toilet, the faucet, or the filter yourself, or we pick it up and you pay exactly what the receipt says. We do not mark up parts.
You hear it before we start, not after. If a shower valve turns into opening tile, you get that number and you decide whether we keep going.
Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to do it. Labor is the same four hundred whether the filter came from us at cost or has been sitting in your garage since spring.
When you reserve a visit from the board, you pay the drive fee up front and nothing else. It is the one number we can promise exactly, it is what it genuinely costs to come look at your job, and it comes straight off your final bill. If we cannot do the work, you get it back.
As far as you are willing to pay a dollar a mile, out and back, for. Killeen and the towns around it are pocket change. Austin and Waco are still cheaper than most trip charges.
