What it usually is
A GFCI that will not reset usually has a fault downstream, moisture on the circuit, or has simply failed.
What to do first
Unplug everything on the circuit, press TEST and then RESET. If it still will not reset, leave it off and do not bypass it.
The flat rate that covers it
- GFCI outlet install: $149
- Electrical troubleshooting: $79
Bonney Lake is a hilltop city east of Puyallup, made up mostly of newer subdivisions and larger lots. Newer Bonney Lake homes are usually in good shape, so repairs are most often fixtures, water heaters and small electrical work.
