What happens on the job
- Find the source and shut off the water at the right place
- Repair or replace the leaking section of accessible pipe
- Test the repair under pressure
- Tell you plainly if there are other weak spots worth a look
The from $225 rate is for a leak we can reach without opening walls or floors. Hidden leaks, slab leaks or repairs that need drywall or flooring removed are quoted separately, and you approve the price before we proceed.
If you can, shut off the water at the main or the fixture and send Doug a photo of where it is leaking. The more we know before arriving, the more accurate the price is.
Small leaks often get worse over time, and the $79 diagnosis is credited toward the repair if you want us to find the source first.
