What happens on the job
- Find the actual cause: fill valve, flapper, seal, supply line or a worn-out toilet
- Repair it at the flat rate, or tell you honestly when replacement makes more sense
- Replace with the toilet you provide for $349 on a standard install
- Check for leaks at the base and supply before we leave
Repairs at $179 cover the usual culprits: a fill valve that will not shut off, a flapper that leaks, or a wax seal at the base. If the toilet is cracked or beyond repair, we say so and quote the replacement before doing it.
Replacing a toilet is $349 when you supply the unit and it is a standard install on an existing flange and supply. A damaged flange, a hidden leak or a non-standard setup is quoted first, not added on afterward.
Seattle cost guides published in 2026 put typical toilet repair between $200 and $500. Our rate is $179 flat, and the $79 diagnosis is credited toward the work if you need us to look first.

Questions
How much is a toilet repair?
$179 flat for a standard repair such as a fill valve, flapper or seal. Published 2026 Seattle guides show typical toilet repair at $200 to $500.
Do you supply the toilet?
The $349 replacement price is for your unit with a standard install. Pick a toilet you like and we install it.
What if my toilet leaks at the base?
Often that is a worn wax seal, covered under the repair rate. If the floor or flange is damaged, we tell you and quote that part first.
Can I get a price before you come?
Yes. Call or text us with what the toilet is doing and you will get the flat price before work starts.
