Below: what is included, what would change the price, and how to book.
What is included
- Confirm which drain is clogged and where the cleanout is
- Clear the blockage and run water to prove it flows
- Tell you plainly if the cause looks deeper, such as a root-filled or damaged line
What can change the price
- Whether there is an accessible cleanout. Without one, we explain the options and price the actual job first.
- How many drains are involved. The posted price is for a single drain.
- Whether the clog is deeper in the line. If a camera look or a longer run is needed, that is quoted and confirmed before we do it.

In West End / Proctor
The West End and Proctor area of Tacoma has older homes, a walkable business district and streets lined with mature trees.
Older homes in West End / Proctor often have original pipe behind the walls, so it is worth knowing what material is there before work starts.
Mature trees and older sewer lines go together, and roots are a common reason a drain in an older West End home keeps coming back.
