In Kent
Kent is a valley city with a mix of older neighborhoods, newer hillside developments and a big warehouse district.
Mid-century homes around Kent commonly still have original drain and supply lines in service, and repairs tend to reveal how they have aged.
Kent has everything from mid-century homes on the valley floor to newer houses on the hill, so we look at the age of the plumbing before we guess at the cause.
