In South Hill
South Hill, around Puyallup, is mostly newer subdivisions, townhomes and apartments built in recent decades along with some older homes.
Newer homes in South Hill tend to have PVC and cleaner pipe, so most plumbing jobs are quick once we are on site.
Newer South Hill homes usually have modern supply lines and fixtures, so calls tend to be fixtures, water heaters and breaker or outlet work rather than failed pipe.
