About general home repair in South Tacoma

South Tacoma has mid-century single-family homes, small businesses along its main avenues and some light industrial areas.

Homes in South Tacoma from the middle of the last century have had a lot of small fixes over the years, and a single visit at the hourly rate can cover several of them.

A $79 diagnosis is credited toward any job when we do the work, so a look at a problem you are unsure about does not cost extra if you go ahead.

Mid-century South Tacoma homes commonly have original drain and supply lines still in service, and updates tend to happen one room at a time.
