About general home repair in Sumner

Sumner is a small valley city with an older downtown, established neighborhoods and newer homes on the surrounding hills.

Homes in Sumner from the middle of the last century have had a lot of small fixes over the years, and a single visit at the hourly rate can cover several of them.

The $90/hr rate covers repair work that is not on our flat-rate menu, with no overtime markup on weekdays. Seattle cost guides published in 2026 show hourly rates of $110 to $230.

Sumner has both older houses near the center and newer ones farther out, and the age of the house shapes the repair.
