What it usually is
A running toilet is usually a worn flapper, a fill valve that will not shut off or a chain that is too short or too long.
What to do first
Take the lid off the tank and look for the flapper not sealing. Closing the shutoff valve stops the water until we get there.
The flat rate that covers it
- Toilet repair (fill valve / flapper / seal): $179
Sumner is a small valley city with an older downtown, established neighborhoods and newer homes on the surrounding hills. Sumner has both older houses near the center and newer ones farther out, and the age of the house shapes the repair.
