What it usually is
Screws pull out of particleboard over time. The fix is usually a tightened hinge with a filled screw hole, or new hinges.
What to do first
Take a photo of the hinge. If the door is heavy and falling, remove it and set it aside until it is repaired.
The flat rate that covers it
- Anything else: $90/hr
Tacoma is a port city with older Victorian and Craftsman neighborhoods, plus waterfront and industrial areas. Tacoma's older neighborhoods have homes from a long span of eras, so the first thing we look at is what pipe is actually behind the wall.
