How it works
- Send us the work order with the tenant's phone number, by text, by call or through the book-now form.
- Our assistant texts the tenant and schedules the visit with them directly.
- Doug does the work at the confirmed price, and you get the report.
Hilltop is an older Tacoma neighborhood of early and mid-1900s homes, small apartment buildings and newer infill.
Tenants in older Hilltop buildings often see drips, slow drains and sticky doors first. Landlords can send those in as work orders with the tenant's number.
In Hilltop, a mix of old and new work on the same street means supply and drain pipe can be very different from one house to the next.
Common tenant requests in Hilltop
- Light switch not working
- Running toilet
- Clogged drain
- Toilet clogged
- Outlet not working
- Faucet dripping
- Garbage disposal humming
