Below: what is included, what would change the price, and how to book.
What is included
- Mount the fan securely on the existing box
- Connect and balance the fan
- Test every speed and the light
What can change the price
- The price is for your fan on an existing box. If a new box or extra support is needed, that is quoted separately.
- The box itself. A box that is not rated for a fan changes the job.
- Travel to your address, calculated at booking.
Travel to your address is calculated at booking and shown with your price.
In Lakewood
Lakewood is a Pierce County city of mostly mid-century single-family homes, with lakes and wooded lots throughout.
Mid-century homes around Lakewood often have a mix of original and updated wiring, so we look at what a device is connected to before replacing it.
Lakewood's tree-covered lots give roots plenty of chances to find an older sewer line, and ramblers there often have only one cleanout.
