What can change the price

The price is labor with your unit. The water heater itself is separate; if you would rather we supply it, ask and we quote it.
Tank size and type. The posted price is for a 40 to 50 gallon tank; other types and sizes are quoted.
Access and any piping, venting or gas changes needed at the location, which are quoted before they are done.

Does the price include the water heater?

No. $500 is labor with the unit you supply. Ask us if you want the unit supplied and we quote that separately.

What about a tankless or larger heater?

Those are outside the posted price. Send us a photo and the model, and we quote it before any work.
