- Drain and disconnect the old tank
- Set and connect the new tank you provide
- Check connections, fill it and confirm it heats
What can change the price
- The price is labor with your unit. The water heater itself is separate; if you would rather we supply it, ask and we quote it.
- Tank size and type. The posted price is for a 40 to 50 gallon tank; other types and sizes are quoted.
- Access and any piping, venting or gas changes needed at the location, which are quoted before they are done.
Travel to your address is calculated at booking and shown with your price.

“Your unit” or “your fixture” means you supply the item and the price is for the work. Prices are for typical, accessible conditions; anything unusual is quoted and confirmed before work starts.
Questions
Does the price include the water heater?
No. $500 is labor with the unit you supply. Ask us if you want the unit supplied and we quote that separately.
What about a tankless or larger heater?
Those are outside the posted price. Send us a photo and the model, and we quote it before any work.
How do I pay?
By card from a text link when the job is done, or cash or check to Doug on site.
