About water heater install in Lakewood

Lakewood is a Pierce County city of mostly mid-century single-family homes, with lakes and wooded lots throughout.

Many mid-century Lakewood houses have a water heater that is 15 or more years old, near the end of its life. If yours is leaking at the base, it is time to replace rather than repair.

Washington expects water heaters to be seismically strapped, and rules on permits and venting vary by city and by setup. Ask when you call and we will cover what applies to your job when we confirm the price.

Lakewood's tree-covered lots give roots plenty of chances to find an older sewer line, and ramblers there often have only one cleanout.
