About garbage disposal in Parkland

Parkland is an unincorporated community south of Tacoma with mid-century homes, rentals and apartments near the university.

Kitchens in Parkland homes from the middle of the last century often got a disposal added later, so the wiring and drain connections can be a little unusual. We check before we start.

Many disposals fail because of a jam, a worn motor or a leak at the housing. If a jam is all that is wrong, we can often free it. If it is time to replace, the $249 price applies.

Parkland has a lot of rentals, so quick, clearly priced fixes matter, and we confirm the price before we start.

What happens on the job

Remove the old disposal and clean the mounting area
Install your new unit with the existing electrical connection and drain
