About faucet & sink in Parkland

Parkland is an unincorporated community south of Tacoma with mid-century homes, rentals and apartments near the university.

Sinks in Parkland homes from the middle of the last century often have older supply lines and a drain that has seen a lot of use, so we look at both when the faucet comes out.

The $229 rate covers a standard kitchen or bathroom faucet replacement using the fixture you provide. Corroded shutoffs, a damaged sink or an unusual mount are quoted first rather than added after the fact.

Parkland has a lot of rentals, so quick, clearly priced fixes matter, and we confirm the price before we start.

What happens on the job

Remove the old faucet and clean up the mounting area
Install your new fixture with new supply connections where needed
Test for leaks at the connections and the drain
Flag any worn shutoffs or drain trouble before we leave, with a price
