About faucet & sink in University Place

University Place is a residential city west of Tacoma with mid-century homes, newer subdivisions and a lot of established neighborhoods.

Sinks in University Place homes from the middle of the last century often have older supply lines and a drain that has seen a lot of use, so we look at both when the faucet comes out.

The $229 rate covers a standard kitchen or bathroom faucet replacement using the fixture you provide. Corroded shutoffs, a damaged sink or an unusual mount are quoted first rather than added after the fact.

University Place has a mix of home ages, and the age of the house is the best guide to what plumbing and wiring is inside it.

What happens on the job

Remove the old faucet and clean up the mounting area
Install your new fixture with new supply connections where needed
Test for leaks at the connections and the drain
Flag any worn shutoffs or drain trouble before we leave, with a price
