About general home repair in University Place

University Place is a residential city west of Tacoma with mid-century homes, newer subdivisions and a lot of established neighborhoods.

Homes in University Place from the middle of the last century have had a lot of small fixes over the years, and a single visit at the hourly rate can cover several of them.

For a defined job, tell us what you need and we will often give a flat price, so you are not watching a clock. If we do bill hourly, we tell you our estimate first and update you if it changes.

University Place has a mix of home ages, and the age of the house is the best guide to what plumbing and wiring is inside it.
