In West End / Proctor
The West End and Proctor area of Tacoma has older homes, a walkable business district and streets lined with mature trees.
Older homes in West End / Proctor often have original pipe behind the walls, so it is worth knowing what material is there before work starts.
Mature trees and older sewer lines go together, and roots are a common reason a drain in an older West End home keeps coming back.
