In West End / Proctor
The West End and Proctor area of Tacoma has older homes, a walkable business district and streets lined with mature trees.
Older homes in West End / Proctor often need a few small repairs at once, which is where an hourly or make-ready price keeps things simple.
Mature trees and older sewer lines go together, and roots are a common reason a drain in an older West End home keeps coming back.
